Places in India is an Atlas Software with 1300 places in India that are part of the initial database. The user has facility to use all the standard functionality desired of such products.

The current database is India specific but the user can easily create his own database based on the country of his origin.

We could also allow users to share the new database files on this site so that other interested folks could share the same.

A unique search facility is built into the system by which if you click on any of the states in India then you could view all the places in that state.

System Requirements PIII 500 Mhz or higher CPU, 800*600 16 bit color or higher resolution, 64MB RAM or higher, 20MB free disk space, OS Win98SE or higher.
Hardware configuration that is higher than the specified is desirable.
